These are Robert Welch brand knives, named after the Silver smith and a pioneer of the industry of stainless steel cutlery.

Why do I like them and what do they mean to me?
I like the design and variety they come in and how really efficent they are especially when I’m preparing my own meals, I like how a lot of them have a curved handle, creating a strong grip and the designs to make blades thin and sharp.
